Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes.  All personal information and credit card numbers are encrypted using secure socket layers technology. During checkout, you will notice a key or lock icon at the bottom right corner of your screen and your address bar across the top of the page will start with https instead of just the normal http.

What credit cards are accepted?
Langdon Florist accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus and American Express.

How much is the delivery charge?
Langdon Florist charges a flat $6.95 delivery charge to Manhattan and $9.95 for the outlining boroughs.

May I select when I would like Delivery and to Whom?
Yes.  During checkout you will be prompted for a delivery date and delivery address.

How do I know you received my order?
After you place your order on the web site, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email that includes an order number with the items you purchased and the order amount which also serves as your receipt.  Please keep this as it will serve as the reference in case of any problems with your order.

What happens after my order is placed?
Your order will be processed and delivered on the date you specify to the address you requested.  If there are any problems or questions regarding your order, a representative from Langdon Florist will call you or email you.


Can I change my order?
We can change your order (like change of address or delivery date) as long as the order is not already prepared for delivery. To request a change please call us asap.
